What about basic information?

I guess first, we have to define what basic information is. Basic information is all the routine stuff about your business. It's your location and your business name and your hours of operation. This section should also include any basic business policies and practices that folks should know about.

This is a ten pointer. Give yourself the full ten if that information is readily available to anyone on your site. One international standard suggests a central page with basic contact information for the organization and links to any relevant policies. The standard also suggests that a link to this "basic information page" be on every page of your site.
