This Web site is designed to support the program "Straight Talk About Knowledge Management for CEOs" which I presented at the National Council of State Housing Agencies Futures Forum on October 16, 2004 in Chicago, IL.
In addition to the content on this site, there are three other support documents that you may download.

One of the problems with getting your mind around the concept of Knowledge Management is that it went through a fad stage where promoters of technology overpromised and under-delivered. Not only that, there's a major confusion about what some key Knowledge Management terms mean. You have to sort all this out to use Knowledge Management effectively.
