There are some tasks to do every day if you're going to get maximum value from your site.
Make sure it's working. Make your site the first place you visit when you sign on to the web every day. Test a few links every day, too.
Fix what's broken. Stuff happens. Links go bad. Problems occur. Most folks find that their site visitors are the ones most likely to catch a problem or error. When that happens, thank them and fix the problem.
Do your routine updates and other regular content work.
