Getting a Great
Business Website
Look and Feel
Your Visitor Profiles should have given you an idea of what different visitors want and need. When your designers present look and feel to you, review it to see if it meets critical needs.
The rule is -- meet the most important needs first.
Then bring in some folks, a web development team, from your universe of potential visitors and let them spend some time using the design and giving you feedback. Don't just listen to what they say. Watch what they do.
The look of your site should match the look of the rest of your materials and presentations. In addition to giving you the benefit of a unified image, this should save you money on original artwork.
