There should be more project milestones than with conventional business projects
Most business projects only have a few milestones. My research tells me that it's better to have many more milestones with an e-business project. Along with the other guidelines you find here, having lots of milestones tied to performance and payment will give you greater control over the project and make it more likely that you'll come in on time and within the budget.
